NEW PANTS are one of China’s highest selling pop / rock bands, selling over 200,000 units. Formed in 1996, they are arguably the most influential rock band in China today. Their first album was recently listed second in the “Top Ten 90’s Albums” list compiled by prestigious Hong Kong magazine “MCB”. Their second album garnered “Best Music Video” and “Best Rock Single of the Year” awards at the Channel V/ Pepsi Music Awards in China.
